Here’s a beautiful song and video I discovered sometime last year. South East London’s Archy Marshall a.k.a Zoo Kid (and more recently KING KRULE) is somewhat of a boy wonder. Making music like this at the mere age of 16 with the title for this song - inspired by a pencil art piece by Jean-Michel Basquiat circa 1982 – leaves me somewhat enamoured with this young man.
His latest EP under the name KING KRULE has an equally dreamy feel to it. I’ve been listening to it on repeat these days, and highly recommend purchasing it.
